BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE

By placing an order with KAYnBEE, you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at hola@dev.kaynbee.com before placing your order with us.

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within 1-2 working days.

We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by KAYnBEE and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

If possible, please check the condition of your parcel before you sign for it. If it’s at all damaged, don’t sign for it but hand it back to the courier to return to us. If you only discover that your parcel is damaged after you’ve signed for it, please call +34 696933260 or email hola@kaynbee.com

To purchase alcoholic products from KAYnBEE, you must be of legal age to buy alcohol in the country in which you reside. Delivery will only be made to individuals of legal purchase age and our delivery company will require signature on delivery. Our delivery company will check ID if they are unsure of the recipients age.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver directly to addresses outside of Spain. You may place an order for Product(s) from outside Spain if you have a Spanish billing address for your credit or debit card, but the order must be for delivery to an address within Spain.

DELIVERY

KAYnBEE undertakes to deliver the products in the shortest possible time, and in any case, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of formulation of the order. Delivery will be made at the address indicated for this purpose in the registration process. Products will not be delivered in post office boxes or booths.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform and refund you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

No extra cost. What you see is what you pay. There will be no shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS & / OR SERVICES

Goods displayed on the KAYnBEE website amount to an invitation to treat and they do not constitute an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated from time to time. No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and KAYnBEE unless, and until, a confirmation email is sent to you by KAYnBEE confirming that the order that you have placed has been accepted and payment has been received. The confirmation email acknowledges acceptance by KAYnBEE of your offer to buy goods or services from KAYnBEE and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the acceptance email.

ORDER PROCESSING

You are advised that Credit Cards will be debited before Goods are shipped or before Services are activated by KAYnBEE. It is a criminal act to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to induce an order for Goods or Services and anyone who wilfully misuses an invalid or stolen credit card will be reported to the Police. We track the electronic fingerprints of orders placed on the KAYnBEE Website and report unlawful or suspected unlawful transactions to the appropriate authorities.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you do not want the product that you have purchased, we will refund your money or exchange the product if you notify us within 5 working days after you receive the product, subject to, the product must be returned to us with the seal intact and unopened. The product must be in good condition and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return delivery costs. We will refund your payment within 30 days of cancellation.

Faulty or damaged products will be exchanged or refunded to you including the cost of carriage. Please notify us within 48 hours of your receipt of any faulty or damaged product and we will refund your purchase within 30 days of you notifying us. You may be required to return the faulty or damaged product to us for reasons of quality inspection. If goods that you have ordered are damaged at the time of delivery to you, please refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return the damaged goods to us. Please advise us at hola@dev.kaynbee.com in these circumstances, whether you require a replacement or a refund. None of the above affects your statuary rights.

KAYnBEE, its directors, employees or other representatives will not be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the website, except as specifically stated above. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all or any damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, loss of data and claims to third parties.
