On the Rocks

Method: straight to the glass

Icecubes/crushed ice and 1 bottle Rhubarb by Balle.

Glassware: highball glass. Garnish: fresh mint leave.

 

Rhubarb-Lavander Lemonade

Method: straight to the glass

3 cl lavender syrup and 12 cl Rhubarb by Balle

Glassware: old fashion wine glass. Garnish: fresh lemon and lavender.

 

Rhubarb Spritz (VIRGIN)

Method: straight to the glass

12 cl Rhubarb by Balle and 6 cl. Cava (6 cl. Sparkling mineral water)

Glassware: wine glass.

 

Veggie Rhu

Method: blender and strained

¼ green pepper, ¼ red onion, 1 bottle Rhubarb by Balle

Mix all together in the blender, double strained.

Glassware: big wine glass. Garnish: fresh green pepper.

 

Rhubarb Splash

Method: straight to the glass

3 cl Fernet Branca menta, 12 cl Rhubarb by Balle

Glassware: tumbler glass. Garnish: fresh mint leaves.

Rhubarb Mule

Method: straight to the glass

5 cl vodka, ½ lime juice, 12 cl Rhubarb by Balle, 5 cl ginger beer

Glassware: mule jar. Garnish: fresh ginger and lime.

 

Green Valley Rhubarb

Method: shaker

5 cl green Chartreuse, 10 cl fresh apple juice

2 cl white egg, 12 cl Rhubarb by Balle

Glassware: old fashion brandy glass. Garnish: fresh apple.

 

Rhubarb Power

Method: straight to the glass

5 cl Hierbas dulces Túnel, 12 cl  Rhubarb by Balle

Glassware: tumbler glass. Garnish: fresh lemon leave and lemon perfume.

 

Pink Paloma

Method: shaker

5 cl white Tequila, 5 cl pink grapefruit juice, 12 cl  Rhubarb by Balle, 1 cl agave syrup

Glassware: highball glass. Garnish: pink grapefruit sliced.

 

Tiki Rhubarb

Method: shaker and blender

5 cl spiced Rum, 2 cl pimento dram Liqueur,

10 cl fresh pineapple juice (blender and strained), 12 cl Rhubarb by Balle

Glassware: big Tiki glass. Garnish: pineapple leaves.

 

Rhubarb Sangria

Method: straight to the jar

1 apple, 1 apricot, 1 lemon, 1 big strawberry, 5 cl good Spanish Brandy

10 cl good Red wine, 1 bottle Rhubarb by Balle

Process: cut all the fruit, put in to the Jar. Marinated the fruit with wine and the brandy for a few minutes. Fill with a bottle of Rhubarb by Balle and a lot of ice.

Glassware: Sangria Jar and wine glass. Garnish: fresh fruit.

 

Basil Smash

Method: shaker

5 cl Gin, 6 fresh basil leaves, 1 cl sugar syrup, 2 cl lemon juice, 12 cl Rhubarb by Balle

Mash in the shaker with de muddler the basil, gin, lemon, sugar, leave it for 2 min. strain and shake with ice.

Glassware: metal glass. Garnish: fresh basil on top.
